    problem with office 2007

    So the problem is the following. When I type some text in Word, save it and when I close word, throw me a window with the message that you want to recover my document or the problem send to Microsoft. in Event Viewer having problems

    I googled but I couldn't to find nothing special except for items that is problem - the printer driver. Can you help?

    I think that the error that you are getting refers to some hp printer dll files, so all you need to do is reinstall your printer driver and check whether it works for you or not. Additionally have you tried repairing the office 2007. Follow the below steps:

    • Click Start.
    • If you are running Windows Vista or Windows 7, copy and paste (or type) the following command in the Search programs and files box, and then press ENTER:
      appwiz.cpl
    • If you are running Windows XP, click Run, copy and paste (or type) the following command in the Open box, and then press ENTER:
      appwiz.cpl
    • Click the name of the Microsoft Office Edition 2007 that you want to change, and then click Change.
    • Click the option Repair, and then click Continue.
