    question invalid font problem?

I have recently started experiencing a problem whereas when I try to install a font, an error pops up saying, "The file 'C:\Users\AS-4540\Downlo...Baramond.zip' does not appear to be a valid font.", and I don't know why that happens, because a few months ago it was completely fine when installing. I tried to install other fonts as well but the same thing keeps happening. All of the fonts are TrueType (.ttf) fonts. I don't know if it's a bug on the laptop? I am also Administrator as well. This never happened before, it's driving me crazy.

I downloaded the fonts the usual way: the fonts are .zip files, so I extract them, but when I copy&paste it to the Fonts folder the error pops up.

If any of have experienced this problem and know the solution to it, please reply! Thanks!

    EDIT:
Nevermind, I figured it out now, man, I am so stupid

    Re: invalid font problem?

Have you checked the compatibility of the fonts that you are downloading with your operating system? There are some fonts that are not compatible with the Windows 7, so first I would recommend you to check the compatibility. Once you unpack that a right-click the file that is .ttf and you choose to install the shortcut menu. I think by doing this, you will get some help.
