Direct X 9c on a Laptop for Delorme SA2010

I am having a laptop with Windows 7 x32 installed on it. Actually I want to run the GPS software which is Delorme SA2010 from this laptop but the problem is that it requires Direct X 9C which seems to be missing. So can anybody tell me that how to run this software now or where can I get this Direct X 9C.

An error which you might be getting while running the software which you want to run on your windows 7 laptop is itself saying that you need to install the Direct X 9c. I would like to inform you that you can install the same from the official website of the Microsoft. But make sure that you care using the genuine version of the windows operating system which might be get checked while installing the new DirectX 9c support.

I suggest you to directly go to the microsoft.com from where you can download the latest version of the DirectX which is 11. I guess if any software asks you to install the DirectX 9C then that particular software must be working with the DirectX 11 as well. Click on the DirectX 11 to download it.

I have came to know that even if you would be running a pirated version of the Windows operating system on your system then too, downloaded version of the DirectX 11 will be working on your laptop without any problem. So I suggest you to download the DirectX 11 from the given link in the last post which seems to be a perfect one. Though there is nothing wrong to download the same thing from any other website but unless you see that website as reliable, I don't recommend you to download from it as it might contain any kind of infections which might make your system infected by the same.
