Re: How to remove file encryption

If the user is encrypting a file, then the encryption keys is stored inside the SID of the user. If you have deleted your user account, i think that you will not be able to decrypt the file again, because you have deleted the account and along with that the encryption keys is deleted, without the encryption key you will not be able to decrypt the file .

Re: How to remove file encryption

I have a solution for this problem, so you can try this out.
    1. First you will have to make the use of the Windows Explorer.
    2. This will help you in locating the encrypted file for the decryption process.
    3. Now you will require to right-click on the file which is encrypted.
    4. After doing that click on the Properties.
    5. Inside properties go to the General tab and then to the Advanced.
    6. You will need to secure data check box by clicking to clear the Encrypt contents.
    7. Now click OK twice.
    8. You are done with the process.

I think if you will try this solution it might help you in solving your problem.
