This basically seems to be an issue with the application that is it could be that some bugs may have been appended. So have to look out by reinstalling the application and then make it process as needed. This will be helpful for you. get the new fresh copy of the application which will surely let you to process as needed. Other than that you can also get the new copy and make it reinstall. Remove the installed pack from Control panel option and then install the fresh install. This will be better.

Another way through which you can make the things to work is by making a clean install of the system. It could be that the system may have been upgraded and hence it will be better that you make a clean installation of Windows 7. All you need to do is to remove the operating system by using utility disc and then work essentially well. Then as the installation is been done you have get the fresh pack of the application and make it install to the system. Do work as required. You will then be able to perform the act as necessary. Check out.

Make the installation of your application that is Skype 5.0 under safe mode. There is a way through which you can make it work that is by performing certain procedure which will be better. All you have to do. Click the Start button Picture of Start button, click the arrow next to the Shut Down button Picture of Shut Down button, and then click Restart. If your computer has a single operating system installed, press and hold the F8 key as your computer restarts. You need to press F8 before the Windows logo appears. If the Windows logo appears, you'll need to try again by waiting until the Windows logon prompt appears, and then shutting down and restarting your computer. On the Advanced Boot Options screen, use the arrow keys to highlight the safe mode option you want, and then press Enter. Log on to your computer with a user account that has administrator rights. Now make the installation of the application and to exit safe mode, restart your computer and let Windows start normally. So do look out and make it work which will be helpful.

Try to work out well by installing the application under compatible mode. This can be done well that is right click on installer.exe file and then under the properties section you have to choose Windows XP compatible mode. Make sure you perform this step well under administrator rights. After you perform the thing you have to check well by functioning the task that is been assisted. Restart the system and then check whether it works.
