Windows 7 Speech recognition stops functioning while dictating using Word 2003

I am using the windows 7 for quite a long, i was experimenting with the speech recognition for the dictation into the word 2003. For sometime it functions very properly but then it suddenly stops when i was to complete the dictation. It provided the message as listening. It also provided the message that the words which i was dictating in the box will nor appear in the print. what should i do to overcome the problem, please provide me with the solution and i am using the I5 processor of Intel.

First of all provide me the full information about the application that you are using now such as the Office 2003 or Office 2007. Whether these problem occurs only in the Microsoft Office word or in other services provided by the Microsoft packages. Forward the details to me and i will try my level best to solve your problem.

I am using a Windows 7 operating system with the Microsoft's office 2010 services. i have a I5 processor of the Intel company, as i am using office 2010 the problem only occurs in the ms word. Now i have provided all the information to you so please reply me with an answer and tell me how i can enhance the Windows 7 recognition speech so the problem does not occur in my system in future.

There is a problem in your ms word, for that you have to first check the application. I would suggest you that you should check the issue resolves if you turn off the dictation mode commands;

• Go to Languages that appear in the Language bat in the word while using the speech recognition then click tools.

• Select Options arrow at the right side area of the language bar
• Then select Speech Tools
• At last Select the disable Dictation Commands

Thank you chroma the solution given by you was very helpful and now i am able to change the speech in the 2003 and 2007 version of the Microsoft Office. If your recognition speech of windows 7 is not able to function when you are dictating the text using the ms word 2003 or 2007 then you have to do the following things which are listed below; First go to the Language Bar in the word where you are editing the text then select the Tools using the speech recognition. Then you have to go to Options at the right and select Speech tools, finally disabled the Dictation command to see the effect and your issue will be resolved.
