I have recently downloaded the oscdimg util which reads the original Windows 7 ISO DVD and have modified the original ISO in order to booting it on my macbook Pro so it created a new ISO. But i guess this loaders are creating the problems as it does not let my macbook booting up. I am just getting the black screen.

I would be recommending you to use an EasyBCD which is geared for users of all kinds. Whether you just want to add an entry to your old XP partition or want to create a duplicate for testing purposes; if you're interested in debugging the Windows Kernel or septuple-booting your seven test operating systems, EasyBCD is the key.

EasyBCD lets you do the following things which are very much compatible with almost all the kind of an operating system. EasyBCD is used and recommended by Microsoft, PC-World, PC-Magazine, Softpedia, PC-Welt, and hundreds more! Don't get left out – download it today, it's free!!
    1. Boot into XP/Vista/7/Ubuntu/OS X and more!
    2. Boot from USB, Network, ISO images, Virtual Harddisks (VHD), WinPE, and more!
    3. Repair the Windows bootloader, change your boot drive, create a bootable USB, and more!
    4. Rename entries, set default boot target, change BCD timeout, hide the boot menu, and more!
    5. Create your own custom boot sequence, hide drives on boot, backup and restore configurations, and more!

I have disciplined the hard drive space and divided the hard disk again but still I am getting the same error. Earlier I was getting my Macbook to work mates showing how it handled Windows as well as the user friendly Mac OS X. But now I am just getting the a 5 minute loading screen full of non booting Win 7 and nothing else happens further.

You will not need anything more in order to access system configuration or "msconfig". Go to an All Programs and then click on an Administrative Tools and then System Configuration. Now switch to the Boot Tab and change Timout: to nn seconds and make boot settings permanent. If your system has dual boot then you have to click on an Advanced options to change the default Windows OS.
