how to install IVT BlueSoleil

how to install the above blue tooth .
i had installed all from the cd but the software / blue tooth is not working .
The OS is Xp SP3.
Please guide me

Its has same installation process like other softwares. Just double click the setup file, choose the location, follow the instructions and keep going on next. Incase you get any message between stating "manufacturer is unknown", just ignore it and keep going next. Thats it.. Once it get installed, it will ask you to register. Go ahead and register with the key and start using. It is as simple as that. I have 2 PCs at my home, one with XP and one with Windows 7. Have installed BlueSoleil on both and using easily, without any problems.

Do reply with exact problem or error you facing.

i had installed the driver which is provided with the blue tooth.
when i insert the blue tooth in usb it did not recognize and states that some problem is there.

You can download the latest version (1.6.2.1) of IVT BlueSoleil is available on MSI website from here - (http://www.msi.com.tw/program/suppor...lv1.6.2.1.exe). The latest version on www.BlueSoleil.com website is only 1.6.1.4. If your BT dongle (chipset) is manufactured by one of IVT's partners then you should have no limitation.

Don't know what is the problem in your case. Once you installed the BlueSoleil and connect the bluetooth adapter, it should install the latest driver itself. Anyways, do one thing Download the latest version of BlueSoleil that is 6.4.314.3 (am using this) and once installation is completed, go online to get the required drivers for your Bluetooth Dongle. BTW, are you getting any error while connecting the dongle ?

i have lost my setup disk ..........how do i install my bluesoleil in my new window????????? plzzz tell me.
IS THERE ANY SOLUTION FOR THIS OR MY BLUETOOTH DEVICE IS NOW A CRAP.........................
