Wacom 6D Art Pen's rotation is not completely supported

I have purchased a Wacom 6D Art Pen device for imaging. The problem is with the rotation of the tool. The rotation is not fully supported. When I try to move the cursor it is not able to rotate well or perfectly. I really have no idea regarding the same. It would be better that you help me out for the same and process as needed. It will be helpful. Let me get out of this issue.
