Photo and Music in Zune

Hello,
I bought a black Zune 8 GB recently. I read the manual online and I went to see the FAQ, but I have found answers that worked when I applied. My problem is this: I am able to receive pictures from other people, but I am not able to add pictures of myself in the Zune. These are images JPEG. I tried to drag, I was in the Settings and added the image files in the section Collection, nothing works. I would really like to be able to place images. I also have a second problem to expose you. I am able to put music, but only from a CD that I extract from Zune. For example, the music I download with LimeWire, I do not know how to add it to my music collection. Again, I tried to drag and I was in the Settings to add the folder containing the songs in collection. Seriously, I think Zune is a good buy and I would like to add pictures and songs. Can you explain the procedure to follow? What is the problem? My Zune is defective?

Yes it's weird that you are unable to add images in JPEG format, it normally should be synchronized automatically, is that the firmware for your Zune is a day? To insert a music CD from your Zune. I know if probably buy DRM protection?

In my opinion the problem is not your Zune, but your Zune software. AS you tried reinstalling? Maybe it will settle your two problems. If it still does not check in setting the Zune player you have to indicate which files must pick up your music and your pictures if they are placed in a folder other than "My Music" and "My Pictures . But in any case such a software problem you have and not hardware so I do not really think it can come to your Zune.
