Adobe flash player 10 downloads problems

Since the release of the latest flash player youtube, flash games and other no longer work AT ALL and I am asked to download Flash Player, so far so good, I was told that if I see an animation is that it is installed AND I CAN SEE THE ! But the great misfortune No returns on youtube! I must go again to reinstall and go again and again and again! I have done ENOUGH! Anybody else facing this adobe flash player 10 download problems.

Too much like "the Appendices 3A atar" it does not work, I use google toolbar and I click on accept popups. Basically I think everything works all happy I go to a site to see video Youtube, myspace, dailymotion, it is saying that I need to download the new version. I mean to say that I have installed the adobe flash player but then also it is displaying the message that I have installed the flash player.

I have a small problem to install macromedia 10 it cannot settle. It tells me "file not found". Setup did not find the plug-ins folder of your browser. Yet I apparently need to use Macromedia software "picture package" to view the videos from my digital camcorder. I hope you can help me to solve the problem or can provide me another option for this problem.
