It seems like uTorrent is running, but not responding....

Hi everyone,
I continuously getting this window(Attached below) every time contain the error message whenever I log on to Windows. There doesn't seem to have a CheckBox to uncheck .."Don't show this message again" either.Please take a look on the image .. Please suggest me some solution regarding this ??

I have already tried to uninstall and perform the re-installation and restarted the system but when I try to use this or try to open it and it displays that message. I have also tried to go to task manager and tried to end the process but it would not end and it just stay there. Please suggest me something ..??

Does the message come up after you try to launch this yourself after making a proper and normal restart procedure ? Did you tell uTorrent to "run on windows startup" ? If you start=>run=>msconfig ... Do you got the entries there regarding the uTorent ? If you are not sure about anything of it, can you perform the copy and paste the resulting logfile from a complete HiJackThis scan?

It seems as just something has been corrupted on your computer system . How does your web visiting environment without uTorrent running? And you are unable to remove the uTorrent which has something hard to believe I can uninstall and remove it without any issues. One more thing also wanted to ask that what version ,you use during the issue occurred and the most current issues ? What program is telling you have a issue with the uTorrent ???
