Adobe fireworks CS4 not able to install

I have Adobe CS 4 Fireworks application and the problem is that I am not able to install the program under the system I use. I use a desktop which is been installed with Windows 7. Whenever I try to access it says that Please install Adobe CS4 Fireworks using Setup.exe. What is this about? Please help me out so that I can make the possible ailments to be fulfilled well. I hope the issue is not with the application.
