ATI Catalyst Install manager Vista

I can't install ATI Catalyst Control Center, I'm on Windows VIsta (build 7600).

I have the executable file from ATI did for windows Vista installation is fine, but in the installation directory (C: \ Program Files \ ATI Technologies), there is absolutely nothing. As if the facility had created the directory, but forgot to put the files!

Moreover, in Programs and Features, I can see ATI Catalyst Install Manager, but nothing else ... Yet with Vista, there should be 3 or 4 software ...

Is there something to do with it?

I have not used the new drivers supposedly compatible with Windows Vista, I just took my old drivers, those origins, which came with the PC in December 2008. I've taken in 64-bit (on the driver CD you can choose), I installed the software, and as if by magic, everything started to go like clockwork.

In fact the manager is not useful, the Catalyst Install Manager is a utility program intended to manage the ATI installer and uninstaller (if it works correctly ...)
