Windows live messenger cam doesn't work PLZ read and help!

Okej i'm looking about 6 month's for this problem but i couldn't fint a solution so plz help me.
My cam doesnt work in msn but like the most problems i have no mcafee but avg (free edition) so... .
when some one invite's me for turning on my cam and i accept this come's: Messenger is op dit moment niet beschikbaar. Probeer het later opnieuw. (0x8ac70202)

and if i wanne turn my cam on in msn this come's: Je webcam kon niet worden gestart. Controleer of je webcam door een ander programma wordt gebruikt en probeer het opnieuw.
(your webcam can't not start. Check if your webcam is being used by another program)

so plz help me GRTZ

The error surely looks to be a problem from the McAfee Site Advisor:

Have you done the following:

First, try to update the McAfee Site Advisor. If it does not work, then follow the steps.

Locate the following folder:
C: \ Program Files \ McAfee \ SiteAdvisor
Right-click on the sasets.ini file and choose Open With, then Notepad.
Find the [msnmsgr.exe] line.
Change the Enabled = from 1 to enable = 0.
Click on the File menu, point to Save.
Close the sasets.ini file, then restart the computer.

If the problem still persist then try to reinstall drivers for your webcam or else try to degrade the version of the Windows live messenger.

yes i know the problems with McAfee but i dont have mcafee:s

thats the strange thing and i wanted to get an older verion of msn but i cant. if I instal the older version i cant logging... it says i have to update to the new version because its "safer"

any other idee's?

ow yes and i reinstalled drivers of cam more than one's but it just doesn't work

It seems that it is bug with Windows live messenger 2009 itself, even if you do a installation for the downgraded version it will force you to install the latest and for this there hasnt been a fix or a patch released from microsoft, I think we will have to wait for sometime till it gets fixed. In the meanwhile use Skype, it is better than the Windows live messenger and I can easily use video options and photo options on it.
