So far i think that your client does not need the original works but if you really want to show your creativity i would recommend you to submit only the copies of your work. You must define your objective and the most important thing which should be included in your portfolio is your blue prints. Hope that this helps.

    Re: Architecture portfolio tips

This is the most hot topic that is been discussed in lot of forums by a lot of final year architecture students.

Design the port folio in such a way that it creates an impression of your project and it should not feel out of place.

Also different framing items must be framed in a common frame.

The style can be selected in such a manner that it matches your working architectural styles Moreover the style must be clean simple and minimal.

For designing a portfolio you must start with the startegy which you are going to use while working such as the products that will be used and your approach also you will need to present the budget or the cost to the whole project. This will give the client an idea the feasibility of the whole project with your offer.

No need to worry too much about this topic because its your work what matters and not the Portfolio but if the portfolio is well and good enough it would be better.

The next thing which i would suggest you is to submit only the colored printouts and nothing else. It also appears as they are not interested in to get the original works in the portfolio.

    Re: Architecture portfolio tips

The portfolio is used to made in order to classify, organize, even if only to present it coherently to his client. It then multiplies the initiatives, a priority coherent organization. For example, you create a color code by offering universe, we need a name that we decline by product family, we change one element of a label to characterize the universe. Sometimes the user is taken as a starting point for organizing the portfolio.

Consider the following points while making a portfolio for a company.

    • Structuring the offer this structure is its brand
    • How many companies bring color codes that nobody holds, or does not see or understand
    • It is important that an offer is structured to make it readable, but readable by whom
    • For the distributor, the end customer, both at once? Or for yourself, to recognize it
    • The architecture of the range it is the architecture of the brand?
