Filter for Graphedit to slow video down

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows Xp operating system. I need to know a video input or the filter for raphedit that would slow the video playback that is at least 3-5% of the original playback content would do. I want to know about such playback filter. Please help me out. IT would be a great help. Thank you.

You can make the video to perform slow by adding the file or the content thatyou need to sort thing. So do lookout for the same. I hope this may then help and get the issue to be sort out well. So do look out as it would be essential to process the same uisiong the application. Drop the file and then try to perform the execution.

There is another way by adding or making the file to load to the media content player. As it is been done you need to check out for the issue by using the filter to get the playback and make the things that you need the way through which you can get the things to perform and work out well.
