PictureRiver 1.7.4 application freezes when been executed

Hello. I have desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have no idea what could have been the issue but I have installed an application that is PictureRiver 1.7.4 and it freezes when been executed. Please do help me out so that I can make the issue to be sorted. It would be very much helpful. Thank you.
