    What are the best startup managers

    I need some startup manager software’s. What are the best startup manager tools. I want to download to enable some schedule task that comprises of email programs and an event manager tool. This program is very useful for me which make my works easy as reminder program in the startup. I am using windows vista so for this which is a nice one.
