Need Outlook Conferencing plugin to set for Dial-in Conference

I Need Outlook Conferencing plugin to set for Dial-in Conference. As i have tried and the schedule a conference call but6ton is not working in the Outlook Conference plugin. The click on button display the message that i am not having the authority to use the service. So help me to find out the solution for the same as i am unable to find the same. Thank you.

Before getting to an end let me know whether you have tested the connection for the same or not. If not and wanted to know how to test the connection then follow the below given steps that is having description about the same.

• Open the Outlook
• Click on the Conference add in
• Go to use account
• Select 'Test Connection'
• Click on OK
• Click on OK again if prompt for confirmation

You can also download the "Lypp" which will make the conference call for your outlook that you are unable to perform . After the installation of the same just click on the setting from the Schedule conference button and the enter the user ID and password. IF you are not having an ID then create one with your own setting and then click on Schedule Conference button to make the call. Thanks

Before using the Conferencing Add-in for Microsoft Office Outlook, you must first configure the account for the Microsoft Office Live Meeting service or Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2.

• In Outlook, on the Conferencing menu, click Dial-in Conferencing Settings.
• On the Dial-in Conferencing page, under Personal Identification Number (PIN), click Sign In.
• Click Language, click your preferred language from the list, and then click Sign In.
• On the Create New PIN page, click PIN or Change PIN, and type a number that meets the PIN requirements in the PIN edit box, and then retype your new PIN in the Confirm PIN edit box.
• When you are finished, click Save.

I am having one add ins which i am using with the Microsoft Outlook and advising you the same. "Meetupcall Plugin" the add ins for the outlook which make the conference call easily with the same. Here i am suggesting you something which i have tried for the Schedule Conference button. Just configure the Live Meeting invitation so that you can get the Dial in number. To set it up just get into the Schedule a Livemeeting and after you receive the request click on the conferencing area option. Go to the Audio and set the number which is used for the meeting. Thats it!!!
