Hello, I don't think that you need to check any kind of details about it. If you are getting some sort of the problem then it is ok, to check all of the details, but if you are not having any sort of problem then I would suggest you to don't worry about it. It will not needed to get the details. As if you are having many more applications running then it will simply provide you details which are useless for you. So, simply use your computer without any problem and get the details if it is required.

Hey, I think you are worrying without any problem. If you are having any problem then you can solve that, but if you are not having that then why to worry. If you are having any problem then only install such applications unless they can harmful to your system. So, simply make use of the application which is required and use the processor and ram if you need. As if you install such unnecessary applications then it will simply give you problem by running behind the computer. So, it is necessary to make use of the required applications only.

Hello, I would suggest you to use the application which is having the ability to provide you the details which are really occurring in your computer. So, simply make use of the application which will provide you exact details. As it may be possible that you are bothering about the details which are really not exist.
