I have a task "Committee Meeting" tht happens once per month i.e. the 1st monday of every month. How do I schedule this task without putting in specific dates? For example if the contract doesnt catch this month's committee meeting it will auto schedule for next month's.

I do not know much about microsoft project but see if this helps you

Start work from Team Web Access and Team Explorer:
- Create a work item query, and view results.
- If you are using Team Explorer, select all or a subset of work items that you want, click Open in Office Open in Microsoft Office, and then click Open in Office Excel Open in Microsoft Excel.
- If you are using Team Web Access, open Microsoft Project, and import the work item query into Microsoft Project.
- Add or modify work items in Microsoft Project, and publish changes to Team Foundation Server.
