MP3 Pal 1.0 Beta 7 application issues

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have installed an application that is MP3 Pal 1.0 Beta 7 to the system. The problem is that I am not able to work with the application that is been installed. It freezes when I try to execute. Please do help me out so that I can make the issue to be sorted. Thank you.
