Randomid 1.0 application freezes

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have installed an application that is Randomid 1.0 to the system. i have no idea what could be the reason the reason that the application is not able to work or function as it freezes out. Please help me out in order to make the changes. Thank you.

The application that is been installed may have some issue related to the same. It could be that the application may have some bug appended. So it would be better that you check out for the bug problems. It can be sorted by reinstalling the application. So do process out the reinstallation process. It would then help out in making the things to get sorted.

You can process out the reinstallation process by making the changes as it is quite very much possible to make the issue to be sorted. Just follow the procedure. Go the start control panel option and then open up the add/remove program option. Now choose the desired application program that you need to remove. As it is been done. You need to click on remove button and then restart the system. Now install a fresh new copy of the application.

There can be a possibility that the application may have some compatibility issue. You need to check out that the application may not able to cope up with the operating system that is been installed. It could be that the application may need some addon property which would lead the application to work out well. Check the system configuration.

Install the compatibility tools for Windows Xp or Windows Vista under Windows 7 in order to make the things to work out. You can process out the the things then as the application may be able to work out with the features of the tools that it can get support from. Hence it would be quite very much essential that the application would make the things to work out.

You can deactivate the the services and the features of the Windows 7 that may be functioning when been started. This would then help in making the system to work under low feature and services. It is actually a clean boot process. You need to click on the start button and then in the search box option type msconfig. Now hit enter and then under the selective startup tab choose Hide all Microsoft services and then disable the services. Restart the system.
