Catalog Creator 7.0.3 application not able to function

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it s been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have installed an application that is Catalog Creator 7.0.3 to the system. The problem is that the application is not able to work out well. It functions with problems. I have no idea why is this happening? Please do help me out. It would be great help. Thank you.

The application that is been installed may have some issue related to the same. It could be that the application has some bug appended due to which it is not able to respond.
