    The application installer file may have issue related to the system file that is been installed. It may be that some bug issue may be giving such problem. It would be better that you reinstall the application. It is quite essential and necessary that the application should work out without having any bug issue. So do work out for the thing.

    There is a way through which the application can be removed from the system completely and no backup files should then be retained in the system. You need to remove the application by clicking on the remove button after selecting the application from the list. Then restart the system and then install the new copy of the file. This would then help you out in making the things to function in better way.

    As you have upgraded the system from Windows Xp to Windows 7 it is quite natural that the application would not function appropriately as the upgradation may not have let the features and specific properties of the application to be upgraded. This means as the application was able to work with Windows Xp is not able to cope the Windows 7 properties. So check out for upgradation.

    You need to perform a clean installation of the operating system. Rather that Upgrading the Windows pack you should perform a clean installation of the operating system. This would then help in making the issue to sort out. Now you should format all the drives and then allow the fresh new installation of the operating system to allocate the partitions and make the application to execute well with Windows 7.

    There is another way through which you can make things to work out possible for you. It is that the application need be worked under the hidden Microsoft services. A clean boot servies is necessary. Follw the steps :

    * Click on the start button.
    * Type msconfig in the search box.
    * Under the selective startup tab choose Hide all Microsoft services.
    * Disable the services.
