WinSnap 3.1.5 freezes when been executed

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have a program that is WinSnap 3.1.5 application. I have installed it to the system the problem is that it freezes when been executed. What could be wrong? Please do help me out so that I can make the things to work out well and work with the application. Thank you.

The application installer file may have been appended with some issue and hence this could be the reason that the application is not able to work out well with the same. You need to check out that the installer file of the application is well and proper and do not have much issue appended to the same that could have been the reason for freezing of application.

It could be that the application is not able to cope up with the system. This is that the operating system. The application may not able or compatible with the operating system as it could be that the application is not much advanced and may not have the support addon for the same. So do check out for the minimal requirements of the application. This should then help you out.

Perform a clean boot service. This would then help you out in making the things to work out well.

* Click on the start button.
* Type msconfig in the search box.
* Under the selective statup tab choose Hide all Microsoft service.
* Disable the service.
* Restart the system.

Install the compatibility tools in order to make the the application to work according to the supported feature of the same. You need to install the compatibility tool for windows Xp or Vista under Windows 7 from the compatibility center. This would then help you out to make the application to work through the feature of the supported operating system.
