Hi
I recently had my computer reformatted and am in the process of importing my Groove account profile, however it asks me for a password and I definately didn't setup a password with this account profile. I had the same issue a couple of years ago and I had to create a new profile so I made sure that there was no password involved.
I can't start again as I'm the only one with access to all sites for our team.
I would really appreciate help on this
