Imgburn Error: The image or video has been moved or deleted

Recently i have upgraded my system to windows 7 from the previously installed windows Vista. i was using the Imgburn very much precisely with windows vista and it also worked with windows 7 too but yesterday while i was using it for the purpose of making a cd it resulted in an error message"The image or video has been moved or deleted". Please help me

As far as this error is concerned i think that the error message is occuring data shifting wither you have moved the data to a different location or you have not added all the files to the application before burning properly i will recommend you to do it once again but this time be a bit careful while adding the files.

To predict a solution to this problem i would like to know what media are you using or which brand discs are you using. Since this may be a problem due to a low quality discs. Also i would recommend you to use a different media from a different make and then try to use the Img Burn program again. hope it works.

First of all i would like to thanks you both for replying to this thread. But all the solutions which you all have predicted does not seems to work for me because i was using the sony brand which is a well known brand and i have tried to use a different brand too but it did not helped me at all. If possible try to give me a different solution.

As far as i know you may be facing this error because the imgburn system files may have got corrupted due to some virus so first of all try to find the virus and delete them if any and then again reinstall the Imgburn program again and then try to burn the disc again i think that this will help you for sure.

It appears as you are using your cd drive very often for burning a multiple number of discs if yes then i would advice you to get you device checked since burning multiple cd's often without giving rest to the writing device it would have damaged the lens of the system. Get it checked with the hardware professional. i think you will get the fix soon.
