You may have not installed the deepburner program correctly on your system. Hence i think that if you uninstall the deepburner program from your system adn then try to install it again this should repair the file if it would have been damaged. Hopefully this will resolve your issue with the deepburner program.

Basically the reason behind this problem is that you have some other processes running in the background like some system utilities like the tuneup utilities application program or the scheduled scan of the antivirus might have started running in the background. Try to stop all these processes and then check whether it works

To check the processes running in the background simply try to check the tray icons if you don't find there then open the task manager using the ctrl+alt+delete buttons hold each of them at a time after this the taskmanager window will be opened and you can find out the unwanted processes which might be running select it and end it.

Sounds like your system is infected with a virus and hence it is not allowing the deepburner program to work so i think that you will have to scan the system using an antivirus try to scan the system with the antivirus and remove all the threats which may be detected by the antivirus this will surely help you.
