Windows arrangements in snow leopard

What is the difference between windows management in different types of OS. I had worked on windows for a long time. But now when I shifted to another branch I have to work on snow. If I can get the exact changes in windows and snow then that will be very easy for me to identify and use many features of the same.

Also, Snow Leopard at present assembles windows in a grid when viewed in depiction. Formerly windows scaled down in an apparently haphazard manner. Together the Windows 7 and Snow Leopard are hard updates to the individual operating systems, but you cannot say moreover one by itself will make someone desire to jump ship and cross to the other side. If you are completely happy with Windows, Snow Leopard possibly would not make you lust for a Mac. Likewise, if you are a Mac user and you cannot consider switching to Windows before, Windows 7 is not likely to alter your mind.
