MP3 WMA Cutter 3.00.03 problems

Hello. I have windows 7 operating system working with the desktop machine that I use. I have downloaded an application that is MP3 WMA Cutter 3.00.03. This is been used to edit mp3 and voice commands in the file. The problem is that I am not able work with the application. It do not function well and gives issues like closing down and freezing. Please help me out. Thank you.

As you have downloaded the application from a particular site. It could be that the application may have some bug appended to the same. You need to check whether the application is not having any such issues as it may then cause such cases that you are facing. Run a scan check wizard for the application. It would better that you remove the application that you are using currently. As the bug issue that may have been associated with the same should be resolved by uninstallation of the same. After it is been done you then need to install the new copy of the application that would help you out in making the things to work out. So uninstall the application and then install the new copy by getting it from the official website.
