Need tools for itunes to WMA conversion?

I am running a MP3 player that is able to pull the data from the Windows media file but that can not fetch the itunes file and so unable to play so. I cant synchronize the itunes with it. So i Need tools for itunes to WMA conversion? that will convert the itunes format to the WMA format. A help may be appreciated regarding this. Thanks in advance.
