RealVNC application not able to function in Windows 7

Hello. I have a desktop machine with Windows 7 been installed as the operating system in it. I have recently downloaded the RealVNC application in order to make the system to work as remote desktop with other system but it is not able to happen. I am not able to connect using the application. Please help me out. Thank you.

The type of version or the pack may be not supportive and hence it is quire very much not possible for the application to start up. So you need to check out the for the application that is it may be outdated. You need to install the latest application that needs to cope up with the operating system that you use. It is the best way through which you can get the things to work for you.

It is quite possible that the application that has been downloaded from the site may have certain bug issues appended to it and hence it has caused this problem. You need to uninstall the application and then install the new pack in order to make the things to work out correctly. This is basically the thing that needs to be taken into check. Try it out.

The issue could be related to the operating system and hence you need to look out for the thing that the application should be able to cope up with the same. In order to make the things to work out try to run the system under safe mode. This may help you out. As safe mode so not have high features and is worked under low services hence there would not be any problem related to the same in executing.

Try to run a clean boot in oder to check out the application to process. You could perform the action as follows:

1) Click on the start button.
2) The type msconfig in the searchbox and hit enter.
3) Under the selective startup tab choose Hide all Microsoft services.
4) Now disable the services.
5) Restart the system.
6) Check the application by installing it again.

There is another way through which you can make the things to work out. Remove the application and then install it again. Follow the steps:

* Open the control panel.
* Then choose add/Remove programs.
* Now select the application that you are facing problem with.
* Remove the item and then restart the system.
* Install the application again and now check for the same.
