Installing Office Home and Student on New pc

I recently bought new laptop (Dell Inspiron) and want to install my Office Home and Student 2007 - I have the product key and the disc. When I put in the disc on new laptop it goes straight to asking me for repair, add or remove and not to install. Obviously there is nothing on there already so it can't repir or uninstall, tried adding but that didn't work. There is a trial on there is that making it confused ?

It is already installed on my old laptop, so do I have to uninstall it on my old one and then reinstall it on my new one ?

I have vista on old laptop and windows 7 on my new one

Any help would be very gratefully received as I a bit unsure

I fixed it - don't know how it was probably a fluke, but its all working and fine and dandy.

I think because I had tried to add.remove already it had recognised that I had Home Office and Student already, therefore when I opened Word it just asked for product key....so far so good I think.

Just in case anyone was thinking of rescuing me in my hour of need, Im ok for now - thank you
