    Problems with Itunes Music

I recently purchased an iPhone which I have filled with music after loading my cd collection onto itunes. Currently i use third party to install all my application for my iPhone (iPhone PC Suite V2.5.2.96). But every time i use iTunes to say add more music, video ect. I then download the lectures into iTunes, and then onto my iPhone so I can listen to them as necessary. I had lost all my applications and have to reinstall using iPhone PC Suite again. Can any one tell me that why i'm facing such problem with my itunes music? Is there any way to stop itunes deleting all my application? Any one knows about it? Please help me out to resolve the above issue. Thanks.

Problems with purchases at the iTunes Store can take some funny turns. I get the error of iTunes library not recognized because of new upgrade. It seems to be really problematic to match up the old and new files within iTunes. Sometimes you’ll make a purchase, get billed, and receive your confirmation via email, but the thing you bought will just never download.

I have the very same problem. iTunes will try to match your CD with the CDDB database. Generally it gives the first possible match with no option for alternatives. I upgraded and it told me that the registry settings used by the iTunes drivers for burning CDs and DVDs are missing, and this can happen as a result of installing other CD burning software, and further I should reinstall iTunes.

My problem is that itunes will only read my from the Seagate drive and not my PC. I've configured the settings in itunes under Edit/preferences/advanced but this doesn't work. Sometimes you can fool it into fetching the right data by altering the title slightly. I've just searched manually and found an entry for THE Beatles Anthology 3 (Disc. You could try changing the album title to this then selecting the tracks and using Advanced > Get CD Track Names.

Once an item is in your iTunes library, iTunes will lose it if you move or rename the item or any of its containing folders. While some may suggest installing an older version of iTunes, that won’t do much as installing iTunes puts on the imbedded newer version of QuickTime released with that software.
