USBDeview not working on Windows 7

    Hi,
I had downloaded USBDeview to check the performance and status of my Kingston 4GB USB device. But when I installed it the same is not showing any result. I got a error message and then it stopped. I think the installation was not proper. Does this utility really works for USB devices. If yes then how. Also post some installation methods for the same.

First download a proper copy of USBdeview file. The program requires no installation. Right click on file and then choose Run as administrator. At startup, the software displays a grid with multiple columns. Each row of the grid corresponds to a USB device is currently connected or have been connected to the PC.

In the Options menu of USBDeview lets you specify whether you want to display. First the devices disconnected. Then the number of devices without ports. Unmanned devices (prior devices error) and USB hubs. Under this colums you can find out the detailed information of this devices and troubleshoot if there is any error.

The different columns give useful information about USB devices to your computer. You should especially monitor the following columns. First device name indicates essentially the USB port on which the device is connected. The description column is most useful. It shows the full name of the device and in some cases the file. INF used for its recognition. Type of device used to check the level of recognition of the key by the system. A key or external drive should display mass storage.

In case of trouble with USB devices, such as that shown in error and does not require its driver, try the following, first select the device from the list. Then click on the right button Click on Disable + Enable Selected Device. This will first disable the hard drive and then you can make that enable back. In case of more problem you can simply disconnect all your drives from the computer and then reboot your system. Then enable it back again.

it is not possible to run the 64 bit window 7 on 32 bit system ,,
for this you have to download the 32 bit version of the window 7 .
you can also try the ie7 with 64 bit , that will not be installed on your system so try to download the 32 bit window 7 and install it on your system and there is no software or way by which you can convert the 64 bit into the 32 bit.... This whole depends upon the hardware .......
