I suggest you that you should not upgrade to Windows 7, since it has many incompatibility issues. Another reason is that it is very expensive as compared to the alternatives available in the market. It is better to use Windows Vista, since it has more or less the same features as Windows Vista. If you really want to use Windows 7, then I suggest to use it as a dual boot system.
