Where to put the password in a PDF

    Hello,
I have a small problem and I hope someone can help me quickly because it's urgent, my teacher gave me a pdf document which has a password to avoid the change of the print, etc. ... it scared just reading it! As I really want to print it, it gave me the password. The only worry, as no computer, I do not know where to put it? Could someone give me the procedure. So I can unlock and print the pdf file weekend ? Thank you very much in advance

    Hello,
I've never been in this case, but have you tried to print? I would not mind Adobe ask the password at that time, finally, it would be foolish on their part. I think you ask for the password from your teacher to print the document. I have not much idea about this but I think there should be some software to open the pdf file, I mean a software which can unlock pad file.

    Hello!
Open Adobe, go to "Help", "Search," type "password", select "Open a protected document" and READ. I think this should definitely help you. Or as it is posted directly go to your teacher and ask for the password to print document. It should not be difficult to find from the search provided by adobe for you. Just type the keyword and you will find how to unlock the pdf file. And even you can get additional information from there.

    Hello
Thank you for your suggestion, I tried and it does not give the location where to put the password. So if you could give me a copy and paste your version may be easier to understand or explain it:
If you receive a PDF document with functions of protection, you'll probably need a password to open it. Some protected documents have restrictions preventing you print, edit or copy their contents. When a document has limited functions, menu options and tools associated with these functions are shaded.
When a document is protected or has a special state, the Settings button protection or Signatures button displayed on the left of the document window. Click the button to detect the parameters of protection and identify the restricted functions. If you are unable to open a PDF document or to use certain features, contact the author.

    Hello
I think they can not protect a document with my version, and therefore can not try both buttons described, having no doc protected. The lock button and signatures appear to be, at best, show what is protected, so only the author (with signature) should be able to skip the protection and send you a usable file. Can you send a sample to check? Because it's still a little strange.

    Hello,
Normally it Advanced Options> Privacy> Delete protection. You insert the password it is finished, so you can print. But I have Adobe acrobat for cons, I do not know if Adobe Reader is only possible to unlock. If you can not, send me the document with the password (by MP), I will send it with protection and you re-send it without protection. There is a software to unlock pdf file called pdf unlocker 4.0. If you want to download the software check the link below.
