How to make a dvd movie?

hi, i have shot some videos for my family, all of them are in mov format, i want to edit it in windows movie maker, and i need to burn a dvd. what video converter should i use? and which dvd creator should i use?

Install nero 7 or greater version with nero you will get option to burn dvd movie you can directly add your video files to dvd that will convert by nero automatically

Yes nero is the best software for doing the job, but other alternatives are Ulead Video Studio and Ulead DVD Movie Factory, both are best software to work on. I have successfully used both of them. If you need an dvd ripping softwares then you can go with DVD Shrink and HandBrake. But still I would recommend you nero, as it is easy and very user-friendly.
