Blue screen with white line and dots

I have HCL laptop it has windows xp professional installed. When I start laptop every thing is fine and after 5 to 6 minutes screen shows white lines and dots with blue color back ground. And after getting BSOD it displays BAD_POOL_HEADER error. But laptop runs well in safe mode. I think there is problem in graphics card then I uninstall the graphics driver and again installed it then also nothing change. Help me please.........

Do you have installation Cd ? Do you know any one who's having geniune Windows XP disk, so borrow that installation cd from them for short period of time. This disc will help you to upgrade or repair your computer, please use your serial key for installation. This will helps you to repair your computer but do not forget to install new updated drivers. If you will do not det installation cd, do you have recovery partition in your hard drive.

Hello, driver and video are the primary likely culprit. Remove your graphics card and the fix it again. Try keep your driver up to update, because the updating driver one of the best action. You have your windows updates see whether the windows need any updates. HCL and some of the other company having their different recovery partition and so read user manual before using.

Hi friend, do take tension try to update your drives of device manager, please install certified drivers. First see in HCL web site and then look for the company's device web site for driver. You can look the drivers utility which provide easier way to find new driver update. You can check after the installation to make sure that you have the newest driver. To look manually into device manager their is an instruction to show.

Can you tell me the code which is displayed in the during blue screen. Try to do scannow and chkdsk in command prompt of windows Xp and after that try to use geric driver update for your ypur drivers. There to many numbers check your name of brand of your laptop. Find the driver for your laptop, suitable for tou laptop. Try to see carefully generic driver message pc.
