    XP SP3 Dont Have Windows Security Center Please Help.

    in my control panel of xp professional sp3 i dont see windows security center.

    I think that you might have not properly installed your Windows XP SP3. Try to install the OS again. As the Windows Security Center gets installed by default after installing the OS. So, reinstalling the OS will solve this issue.
