Flash files to avi

Hi. I have a flash file that is I made a flash project using flash software. The thing is that I need to convert the flash file that is .swf to an avi format. I wanted to know whether there is any software or application tool to make it possible. A converter may do too but what sort of that I am confused about. Please suggest some good tool so that I can fulfill my needs. Thank you.

You can try flv converter to convert the file to avi format. Flv is basically flash contents extension. This actually leads to convert the files to avi format or any specific format that you want to make it. As flash contents have .swf extension that is actually a source file related to the flash objects so you can embed the file to the converter and then it can be made to the requirement very well.
