Accessing multiple images at an instance

Hi. I use a desktop machine with windows Xp as the operating system. I am searching for a software or a kind of application tool so that I can access or open many images using the same. This is because I want to edit and make changes on all photos simultaneously. Infact at the very instance. So please help me out. Thank you.

There is a software through which you can access multiple images at a time. Its Thumbsplus. You can access or open up different image files using the software on a single window at an instance.
