idea Weighted Milestones in MS Project 2003

I am trying to set weighted milestones within a MS Project 2003 schedule. For example, Construction is the summary level and the sub-tasks below are
    • 35% recognized when Subcontractor Bid Complete

    • 35% recognized when Phase 1 Site Prep complete

    • 28% recognized when Phase 2 Final Wiring, bollards complete

    • 2% recognized when disposal and cleanup is complete

After all 4 have been completed then "Construction" is 100% complete.

Does anyone know how to set this up in MS Project 2003? Do you have a script or VBA that could be used?

Your assistance in this is appreciated.

You have to have both Project 2003 and Outlook 2003 to be open to prevent unnecessary troubleshoots. Project templates are useful for standardizing the use and appearance of Project files within a team or across an entire organization. Some templates work behind the scenes and are not visible to the user. In VisualBasic go to the "Tools" menu, select "References...", scroll down to find "Microsoft Outlook xx.x Object Library". Click the check box, click the "OK" button. Should work after that.
