contact in msn messenger receiving offline instant messages?s

I am wondering if a contact in msn windows live messenger is receiving my offline instant messages. i do keep an offline record archive but i still don't know if this contact is receiving my offline INSTANT messages.The person doesn't reply back so i don't know. Do yoU think this person maybe blocking me but still receiving my messages(offline INSTANT MESSAGES . I ALSO WONDERED IF HIS COMPUTER WAS STOLEN BECAUSE OF THIS BIZARRE BEHAVIOR ? thanks any help appreciated.

You can go to Tools >> Options and check for the Online Settings for the messenger....
