Video Not Playing in Adobe Premiere Pro CS4

I've got a problem that video is not Playing in Adobe Premiere Pro CS4. If I want to import one of my video into Adobe Premiere Pro CS4, and after editing the video track 1, it cannot be played, so if I want to watch the movie completely normal, I can hear the entire soundtrack during the video duration, however, I can see only a beginning frame of the video instead of the full video .. If Run otherwise in a player (Media Player or VLC), it plays normally.
