Audio Analyzer Software

Hello,
I have Hp pavelion at my home running with XP sp2.I used to use a free version of EncSpot to view bitrates of all my MP3 files on my computer.It is free version is there any new software that can do this? Any suggestion??

To save everyone else the time, here's a .zip package containing an installer for version 2.2 beta 2 as well as a "license.txt" file containing the necessary information. Thanks go to the Encspot developers, particularly the one that decided to make the Pro version available to all rather than let it die out when development stopped.
