Web Disk software for Windows Server

Hi,
I have Windows Exchange server in my office which is connected to a group of 20 pc. They all are running on Windows XP. I am searching for a Web Disk type of tool which can enable me and my users to access files easily from a server. The file transfer must with a good speed and easy to use also. I have a tool which works in command mode. It is not suitable for all. Is there any tool which works in Windows mode and offers easy file transfer. Thanks in advance.
