Cannot Import to Itunes - Error 2002

Hi,

When importing them into itunes it does nothing, then I try to open it with Quicktime and I get the below error message :

Error -2002: A bad public movie atom was found

Try the following steps to remove " Error 2002 " :

1. Goto Start>Programs>Startup, If there is a shortcut to SP.DLL, delete it.
   
2. Goto Start>Run> type MSCONFIG goto the Startup tab, uncheck any reference to SP.DLL
   
3. Goto Start>Run>type REGEDITclick Edit>Search, search for SP.DLL, Delete any reference
   
4. Goto Start>Find/Search>Files or Folders, Search for SP.DLL, Delete any results for SP.DLL
